Viewsonic began it's launch and operations in India with great promise. But the hope seems to be dying.
Despite impressive initial sales Viewsonic’s after-sales service has ranged between horrible to non-existent and these horror stories are persuading thousands of potential buyers to stay away from Viewsonic products. Search the web and you will be deluged with heartfelt outrage, anger, frustration and disillusionment about Viewsonic service.
While the Viewsonic management’s shortsightedness is the primary culprit here, the blame has to be shared by RT Outsourcing Services Ltd. which provides service support for Viewsonic .
The most critical issue is that Viewsonic has managed to create a base of thousands of disenchanted, disappointed and angry Viewsonic-buyers who feel cheated. The Viewsonic management is so focused on selling equipment and ignoring the customers who enable it’s very existence that the day of reckoning might not be far away. Once this customer ill-will gathers momentum no amount of ad-spend by Viewsonic will enable it to resurrect itself.
The greatest advertisement any product has is a happy user. And a happy user is a captive market – for life. Viewsonic is the doing worst thing possible by selling to a large number of people – and ensuring a future market that swears by “anything but Viewsonic”. Unless Viewsonic corrects it's course now they are headed for market suicide.
This blog will try to capture the mood of the average Viewsonic user/buyer and provide a forum for openly having your say - since Viewsonic obviously is deaf to customer pleas. We will listen and we hope someone at Viewsonic will too.
Please feel free to email us at viewsonic.problems@gmail.com for any complaints regarding Viewsonic products; we will be happy to include your actual customer experiences in our blog.
